new christian saying grace need help?

Hi I'm a new Christian and my close friends mom and dad are going on a trip for a couple weeks for their anniversary and tomorrow we are all getting together as a family before they leave Wednesday. I want to say grace for dinner and I want it to be meaningful. I've never said grace before and I think they would be proud if I did. What could I say? About how I'm thankful to be part of their family, pray they have a safe trip, thank you for letting us all be together to give them a safe trip? Could someone give me a good recommendation on what to say? Thanks
