New Chelsea Lately book...is it good???? Reviews? 1- 10??

I need a new book and I was wondering if Are you there Vodka, It's Chelsea was any good? I've read reviews and it's half and half.

from 1 - 10?

I don't want to spend 17 bux if it sucks...I'm a huge fan of hers, so I think it might be good.

I just wanted some reviews.
