New CellPhone..Plzz Help Me.!?

Ok so my service is Verizon Wireless...right now i have a samsung glyde...i've had it for like 3-4 months..and its HORRIBLE.!!..dont ever get it...Ever.!!!!!Soo anyways i want a BB(Black Berry Curve 8330)..soo like w/ verizon how should i tell them i want too switch phones.?..last time they sent me the same phone.!!!
Soo anyways what should i do.!!! Im tired of the glyde..its horrible.!!!
 
If you are 3-4 months into the contract, you have limited choices.

The only option you have is that you can buy the phone at full price but not at discounted price. This is an expensive option.

If you talk to the customer service people they will just replace the same phone.

Or wait till you are eligible for upgrade (1 year).
