Ive been cooking professionally for 6yrs well i now have a 9month old baby girl and have been out of work sense january just raising my daughter.... Not knowing what i know now about my career Choice i got into this profession just because i love to cook and thought it would be a great career don't get me wrong i love my job and unless you have worked in a cooking position you just don't know how it is.... its so not as glamorous as these cooking schools and tv shows make it out to be anyway not to dog cooking cause i love it but the long hours ,working all holidays and weekends lol ,low pay and sometimes crap situations just are not worth me missing out on time with my daughter so i want to find a career that is still fulfilling but actually makes money so i can buy a house one day just normal life things i just cant seem to find anything that is peaking my interest or that makes any money lol any ideas ???
