New car speaker advice?

i have a 2000 yukon and the speakers are blown, so i want to replace them in the near future. problem is, i know next to nothing about car sound systems. can i just replace the speakers, or do i have to get all new stuff like a new amp? also brand suggestions would be greatly appreciated, considering im on a tight budget
