New car! need help with car registration, titling, whole process?

I just recently purchased my first used car and I have no clue what I'm suppose to do next? Take the title to the local DMV and get my car registered, then get car insurance? What about the license plate...etc etc ??? Someone please point me in the right direction. btw I live in MN
