hello all,

I have just rencently, and finally I might add, bought a 2010 HD Ultra Limited with the 103. I have only had a limited time to ride being that I live outside the US. Just barley got 400 and I got called away for a few months will be baack in Boston in october and want to put a few changes on the bike Stero upgrade and exhaust. I haave been missing the bike and reading that I more than likly want to have an new exhaust.
I was thinking about the Perfect Storm, or shoud I stick with only Harley Parts? I was also thinking about the HAWG WIRED SYSTEM, but I do not want to pay big bucks for crap!!! Harely puts out a upgrade called the BOOM for baggers, but not quite sure. I have had a two gold wings and the radios in those blew away the H/K that my HD came with, I hated the LAMO bike sound, loved the speed and cant wait to break in the Limited. But will the stock system give me what I am looking for? Any advise for the stero would be great. I need some thing that ROCKS I love rock and love it loud and clear. I have tons more questions but I will sk at a later date.

Congrats on the new bike. Post a pic or two when you can. The stock stereo on my '08 works for me so I am no good to you there, just wanted to say welcome the site. You will find some very helpful and knowledgable folks here.

For the speakers go for the J&M 7.25" speakers along with their 250W amp and the hogtunes tweeter pods. We can get you a great deal on all of this stuff and this is what we run and IT ROCKS!

I'm about to do a stereo on my FLHTP so I'm excited to see where this thread goes...... and my $0.02..... I just put a set of Rush 2.25" baffle slip ons on my FLH with the 103 and it is absolutely amazing sounding...... found them on ebay for $175

Hey mand sounds good when I am ready to buy I will keep you in mind, but what about the back speakers, will they hold a 7.5? I want them to ROCK just as much as the front. I mean it when I say I love it loud! old school rockker, if you know what I mean.

Congrats on the new bike. I went with the Hawg Hired. It was my third set up. If I had to do it all over again I would go with the Hawg Wired. It's loud and clear. I never have to turn it way up. Check with Frankl at Draggo Bike works. He is a member here. He will get you a good deal. It is not cheap, but it is worth it.
