I have a new balance 5500u upright bike i bought a few days ago. Today my sister goes to ride it and its just beeping with "E 1" flashing across to screen. IS there any easy fix to this?
I had the same problem. The main unit had an electrical problem, where the power adapter is plugged in. I called the mfg. they had to send a main unit out. They will try to send you the console but that did not work for me.
