there is a new animated movie coming out and i believe that it is based from a comic book.
loosely, it's about a boy who finds what he believes to be a fish when it is actually an "alien" in a clear egg.
the boy and his family then nurture and take care of this life form and it gains human-like qualities.
this description is not the best
but i believe it is supposed to come out in north america closer to the end of the year/beginning of 2010
