Hello, my name is Kristy. I'm new to this board but not to food allergies. My 6 year old son is allergic to peanuts and we've known that ever since I touched him with bare hanRAB after eating some peanuts when he was just a baby. He also has reflux and asthma.
He's been having some stomach problems recently so they did a complete blood test check for allergies to other fooRAB. The nurse called and said that he definitely continues to have the peanut allergy and that he "slightly reacted" to all fooRAB they tested him for but that he can eat them. She said his results for these fooRAB were .35 (??). She said the doctor was only concerned about the peanut allergy but wanted me to be "aware" that he had slightly reacted to everything.
Does anyone understand what a .35 result would mean? Is there a chart somewhere that tells what the results of the bloodwork mean?
Thanks!
