Never dealing with Overstock.com again

So i figured i would pre-order Zelda tp cause i thought they would be hard to get a hold of. No one was taking pre orders anymore except overstock.com. The page for zelda said ships monday November 20th. Well here it is November 26 and its still has not SHIPPED. I asked them what the deal was and they told me it would take one to four days to ship so i figured saturday to be the fourth day, taking into consideration thanksgiving. It still hadnt shipped on Saturday so i asked them whats going on again and they told me Monday doesnt count and that it would ship on the 27th. So here i am with no Zelda and thats what i really wanna play.

Cliffs: When dealing with Overstock.com, be prepared for long shipping times and misleading ads.
 
The original reason i ordered it is that it was advertised as shipped on Monday, the release day. Otherwise i never would have ordered it. Why wouldnt Monday count as a business day either. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.
 
Quick update. Zelda was supposed to be shipped today. Wasnt shipped so i asked what was going on with it. They told me they were out of stock. Quickly cancelled my order will be going to the store to pick it up tonight. What a waste of a week that i could have been playing.
