network question

I'm on the tmobile network, and when I don't get service, and select cingular as my network, it always says searching. How can I make cingular work?

maybe there aren't any cingy/att towers near either?

They have a roaming agreement. But you can only use it if there are no TMO towers are around. If you want to use them then you need to switch carriers. Everything is tied to your SIM card so if you have TMO then you can only use their towers unless roaming.

yeah im saying when i lose tmobile service, i search for networks, and the only one that shows up is cingular. i select it and it says searching still...

Is this the first time this is happening (that you've noticed)? Your BB should automatically search and connect.
