Net disappeared

Last night I checked a facebook status and plugged the phone in. This morning I go to use it and the Net is completely down. If I reboot then it works for a few seconRAB and goes down again. I use launcher pro and have some widgets active that are live widgets, and they show live feeRAB if I hit the refresh button. But now the apps market isn't working and neither is the actual internet. Any ideas why?

So I'm assuming this is a network thing as I've continued to read...can't believe cricket would kill that many phones access. Can't be good for business but I can understand the desire to get people to purchase their phones.

My theory why they are killing NET access on flashed phones is because its costing Cricket alot of money on DATA fees and for some odd reason may wreck havoc on the network... and also people call Customer service to fix whatever issue and they don't have the resources to troubleshoot them cause its outsourced Customer service and @ $7 avg. per call it kills the bottom line.

How are they losing money...I pay the same amount as any android user. In fact they would be saving money as they out right say they dont support flashed phones so calling customer support is pointless. All the problems I've had with cricket stem from them trying to charge me for the android plan while restricting my service.

If your device is listed as the Zio or ascend on your account then you're on the 60Z ADR plan, if not it's the regular $55 plan.

Most people that flashes their phones tenRAB to call customer service anyways * KNOWING * that Cricket doesn't support flash phones, thinking that they would have some sort of trick to fix it. Cricket has a shoddy maint. cell system with conflicting back bone s/w crap ( experience from talking to management from a corp. store not indirect btw ) ..

Even when you have the perfect config. your flash phone will and will not work intermittenly.. It's odd there have been no answer so I assume they are reserving that bandwith to dedicated cricket phones.

If you don't like cricket, take your flashed phone to Verizon. Oh wait.....they will not do that. Look you guys bash the corporate stores about how they can't service a phone from another carrier. You expect the corporate store to service every single phone ever built. Why would they do that? Would you walk into an apple store with your dell laptop and expect them to install hardware or software? Do you go to taco bell and order a big Mac? But you come into a cricket store and expect us to know how to fix a phone we may have never seen before. I had a Guy who brought me a cell phone from Russia and was upset because i had no clue how to deal with it. Calling into customer care you get a dude in India who has no clue. I work for cricket and i hate customer care. Understand this though i would say i am good at troubleshooting most phone situations. I have a live net work to troubleshoot your problem with. The dudes in India have a little pick your own adventure program. They have only seen dummy phones and never got to troubleshoot on a live network. They just follow directions on a screen. I don't like it, because they are our Achilles heel but that's all we got. We try to sell you a cricket phone because yes we do want money, don't you like to get paid for working? But i also know the cricket phones will work better with the cricket network because they can accept the updates where flashed phones can't.
