When i get really nervous i seem to break out in hives like an allergic reaction.And it's reallyyy noticable. People are like are you okay? I feel fine it's just i get really hott and splotchy looking. It usually happens when i get put on the spot,when i have to speak in front of many people,or just when i get nervous. Sometimes it just happens randomly.I assume it's just my nerves. My mother actually breaks out too.I haven't told my parents about it though. My step mother noticed at a basketball game that when i was talking to some frienRAB my face was a little splotchy. It has really been bothering me,i don't even wear low cut shirts anymore. It seems to be on my face,chest,arms,legs,and back.
