ive never been to this before, so i have no idea what to expect. can you just practice whatever you want? or will the coaches run hitting lines, or make you practice passing & stuff like that? is open gym and conditioning the same thing? im kind of nervous too because im a freshman, i played last fall and most of my friends are in other sports like swimming or lacrosse so they can't go to the first open gym..but im going and there will probably be a lot of people from JV or varsity there. please explain it to me?
