A year and a half ago I lost 8 stone (112 pounds), but I had started hanging around with bad people so stopped exercising, took up smoking and started eating crap again. A month ago I decided to lose weight again and this time keep it off. I've lost 1 1/2 stone and havent smoked for 2 weeks. I play alot of squash so thats how my weight has been coming off but I want to start going back to the gym again.
I am really nervous and scared of people looking at me, also the gym has new equipment so I need to ask a member of staff to show me how to use the new stuff. How can I overcome my paranoia?
