nervous about going on camp?

i have camp tomorrow and im nervous
we have to swim 200m across a lagoon that has stingrays in it, and im not a confident swimmer. they are only baby stingrays but still, im scared ill freak out and need help. this is year 7 camp by the way. are there any tips for swimming across the lagoon and not worrying about the stingrays?

Um do best to your ability and maybe pretend something is chasing you? You can swim faster that way.
