I started a website for a few different things, one of them is wedding jewelry. I am fairly new to jewelry making. I can do what I know but am certainly beginner.
Someone contacted me asking for a custom piece. I asked them for further details. I am very nervous! I would assume they'd ask for something like what I have available, is that correct? If not, and it's something I can't do, I should simply say "I'm sorry but I'm unable to do that," or something to that extent... would that be ok? I would definitely try if I thought it was something I could do even if it was a bit new to me though!
I am nervous but also excited. Do you have any advice for me?
