Hi,
Like most people on this board I suffer from severe anxiety. I'm working with my health care providers to deal with this through CBT and tried Effexor for a few weeks and had to stop...since then I haven' taken any other anti depressant.
Yesterday I went to see a naturalpath in hopes of finding some natural remedies for my anxiety and my acid reflux problems. She suggested I try Nervoheel and Neurexan. I just took my first Nervoheel pill and no side effects...I feel a bit less anxious but it's too early to tell. Has anyone else tried these medications....if you have a story to share please let me know.
