Nearly a week ago I had some blood drawn and because I'm difficult to find a vein they usually get lucky at the side of my wrist on the bony part straight down from my thumb. While trying to hit the vein the nurse hit a nerve and instantly sent pain to the tip of my thumb, she immediately took out the needle and went somewhere else. What I am wondering is I am still having some trouble if I turn my hand or if I accidentally touch the area on the wrist, and will this get better. I wouldn't say it hurts just annoying and would like for it to go away.
