I actually held of posting this information here because I wasn't entirely sure at first. However, with TV Tokyo's site being launched, I'm almost positive they are now involved in the shows production. As to the reason why? It's because of who is in charge of the music production.
The opening song, titles "Metal Fight Beyblade", the lyrics are written and music's composed by Martin Kucaj, while the song is being song by "YU+KI". Martin has been involved in several Nelvana dubs, working as the music composer for all the Beyblade shows and did the Medarot (Medabot) show's theme songs. He also did one song in the Card Captor movie dub.
The music, according to the site, is being composed by Neil Parfitt (Incorrectly spelled "Perfitt", even though Tv Tokyo got it right on their place holder website they had put up for it). I'm not quite familiar with what he has done, music wise, outside of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers' dub and Pandalin's theme song.
In any case, both music composers have worked with Nelvana on several dubs. This leaRAB me to believe that Nelvana is directly involved in the production. To what extent, I don't know.
Makes me wonder why. While I'm not complaining that they're working with the music production (this makes it less likely for them to change the music when it's released here), just I find it weird they would involve themselves directly in the production if true.
