Should I complain to school system? This man is an elementary school vice principal and I feel he is dangerous.
Story: I had complained to my HOA about a basketball set next to my driveway and left him a note asking him to move it. The HOA separately made him move his overflow of vehicles from the street. One week ago we are out walking our dogs on foot and the neighbor begins stalking us with his SUV. The neighbor first drives by twice then a 3rd time - however the 3rd time he stops and waits for us at an intersection that we are slowly approaching on foot. Taking our time approaching the intersection on foot - he just waits an waits and waits an waits (creepy!) until we finally are at the intersection. I cross the street with one dog - then my boyfriend (who has never spoken to this man - never had words with him about anything) steps into the street - it is right then that the neighbor floors his SUV swerving around the corner cutting my boyfriend (and my dog!!) off and causing my boyfriend to jump back. He came very close to hitting them. I have filed a complaint with the police. He is an elementary school vice principal - allowed to work around small children! He is dangerous.
