neglecting fish in a fish tank is this a crime?

absolutely not, and I too think that it is a crime t neglect an animal, doesn't matter ow big or small
 
Yes neglecting animals is a horrible crime and she can get arrested if someone reports her. Thats horrible you should do something about it shes a horrible person
 
My sister who is an adult women in her 30's who has 2 kids she bought fish and they died she neglected to feed them or take care of
them so she buys new fish and put the wrong types of fish together and one killed another. I told her she is an animal abuser, she said i have 0 rights to interfere? but its not about me or her its about the fish
one's tail is ripped off and the other fish is attacking it because it is hungry. I am wrong to be mad?
