My Bf is serious about practicing yoga but i'm relatively new to it.
He is going through a difficult time at the moment with tapas etc and sometimes gets frustrated and aggrevated. I feel like he is taking it out on me and when i ask to talk about it he gets frustrated because i wont understand. He says he is purifying himself and these reactions are a side effect of releasing toxins and bringing issues into consciousness.
I really want to help him through this as i know he is going through a difficult time but i seem to only make things worse and he snaps at me all the time. i dont know enough about it and most of the info on the net is commercial yoga and postures etc. I know a little bit about yoga through what he has told me and i have just finished reading autobiography of a yogi and the Bhagavad Gita which was excellent but i was hoping for some more info or any suggestions on things that may assist him (and me!).
thanks
