Negative pregnancy test. Loosing hope...?

Ive thought for a few days now that I was absolutely pregnant. My period isn't due till Nov. 18th. But Ive been getting negative results at home and from dr. Im starting to doubt my symptoms and myself... Symptoms include soar breasts very tired and stomach issues. I don't know.. Help me..
I have never had "period symptoms" before.
 
Normally home pregnancy tests aren't accurate until you have missed your period, and no sooner than 5 days before that. I'm not sure when you're last blood test was done, but I'm sure there's still a chance you're pregnant since you aren't even due for your period for quite a while. Don't lose hope yet!
 
a lot of women don't understand that the symptoms you have for pregnancy is very close to getting your period. i'm sry but i bet the hpt and your doc is right.
