...need to know report? im buying a car with no tittle, the car was sold to my friend, the guy told my friend that he would get him the tittle but never did. and now im buying th car. im making him sign a paper saying if i cannot get the tittle he will give my every cent, and i will contact my dmv. i need this vin checked so if anyone can please do it would be very good! email me at [email protected] thank you
