needing flah for v3c verizon to criket

does anyone have a working flash for v3c i had it working at one time but the phone had trouble connecting to service. it was very sparatic and was unable to use it. now i have two brains from two phones one is the what i described above the other is stuck on the bootloader screen.

please help!!!!
