needing a music phone, 3g, 3000HKD budget, hong kong retailer?

Hi guys
Im new to the forums and haven't been using a mobile for the past 6 years.
But I find myself in need of a phone while I am in Hong Kong later this month.
I wanted to get a very good music phone.
3G capabilities would be a bonus but not necessary.
I prefer a flip, but would easily consider non-flips.
my budget is 3000hkd which is roughly 385USD

I was also wondering if anyone could point me to a cheap and reliable retailer of unlocked phones in hong kong?
