Need your opinion on a car! Honda Civic?

Hi there,
I'm looking to get my first car, I've been looking around and I found a 2001 Honda Civic 4 dr, automatic for 5500. I think I could probably bring it down to 5000. There is 137 000 KM on it, and it was owned by an older lady- older couple who have retired. The guy says its been serviced and everything.

Good or bad?

the car is worth the 5500 so i don't think you can go down on it unless it has a whole ton of miles on it.
