Need weight loss tips and guidance to loss 40 lbs in 3 months?

Avoid fast foods and start eating the low carb diet.
Veggies and fruits helps much to loss weight.
Fat burner like the green tea helps much,
Exercises like the Cardio helps much and specially the swimming ,,,,
 
Run, Run, And Run. honestly running sucks but when ever you have time just run and also work out and if you have the chance wear heavy cloth to sweat or get into steam room at the gym
 
Don't eat any sweets, junkfood, beef , cheese, or regular milk
Breakfast: banana with glass of unsweetened almond milk
Lunch Can of tuna in water with glass of unsweetened almond milk
Dinner: A lean meat such as fish or chicken that isnt cooked in butter or a fattening substance, with to servings of dark green veggies.
this is exactly what i did and like i said ive reached my goal wieght, and im very healthy with substantial muscle definition.Ive lost 37 pounds in around 3 months.
Work out vigorously every other day, remember , the goal of working out is to acheive muscle failure
