need urgent help with my tropical fish tank?

i did a water change on my tropical tank yesturday, and for about an hour they have been at the top of the tank looking as if they are gasping for air. m not sure if ive put to much tapsafe and stress coat in but i followed the instructions. i hav been told that the temperature is set to high (27C) im not sure what to do can someone give me some advice

Sometimes when the temperature is too high it lowers the oxygen levels in the water, the higher the temp the less oxygen. Make sure you have planty of aeration. If you dont have a bubbler or two i would invest. I dont know what 27c is in farenheit, but I think anything warmer than 80f would cook them.
