need to write an interview of someonw in my history text book and im not sure...

...how i should write it...? whats the format like? on the paper i got in class it said question answer so is it just like
Q: what was it like ect. ect.
A: it was like ect. ect.

or is there writing in the middle of it or something??...any links with examples would be helpful if not just explain i need help please
 
Yes it would be like that..for example if you were doing george washington:

You:What was it like being first president?

George Washington: It was difficult, but i enjoyed helping the people.

You: What made it hard?

George Washington: The fact there was so many people who needed my attention..

Etc. Etc. Etc.
