Need to Update a FRONTPAGE '02 site...any sites with free (business-type) templates...

...for Frontpage? I'm trying to update a school website that was made on FrontPage '02. Whenever I try to add new pages, it keeps freezing. I think the program is just real old. I tried to use Publisher, but I can't login with the FTP login information from Publisher, as well as any other program. What would you suggest? We really need to update this site! Thanks!!
