...insurance? need to tax car monday have no log book applyed for new have old tax disc and mot certificate and insurance will i still be able to tax car

Have you the reminder (Form V11)? That will do in place of the logbook.

I imagine your tax actually ran out at the end of June, so you cannot renew online; you can only do that if there is no break.

By the way, do I guess that you think there is a 14 day "grace" period? There isn't, better get it done asap.
