and I am doing the Negative Case (states (countries) SHOULD have nuclear weapons) Now I understand practically everything but I'm still kind of confused about the value and the value criterion. This case is due by tomorrow but I haven't even really done much and I was wondering if someone can help me make a case. I just have so much homework that it is also very hard for me to focus on this because it takes quite a while to do. If someone can make a whole case I will give ten points.
