Need to Link my WoW account to Battle.net?

So I just went to make a new WoW account after cancelling mine a few years ago. I'm currently using my 10 day free trial, however I try to log in and it says I need to merge my WoW account with my battle.net account. When I log in on the WoW website I use the Battle.net account login so I don't have a WoW account to merge it with.

Help?
