Need to know if I can unlock advanced settings in my BIOS?

Can I or can I not access advanced settings in my bios? Like hack it or something. Ive just spent over 4 hours on the internet resurching this. I have a Phoenix v3.11 OEM BIOS . Its an old pc from 04. So idc about warranty. I have no warranty. And I think my Motherboard is MS-6577. I think. I'm not sure.
