Yes, I posted this a few minutes ago but I was given replies and now have more information to add.
The image is from a game that came out in 98.
It's not exactly the same image, it is very close however.
I would like to use this image as my business logo.
Dynamix made this game, who was a sub company to Sierra.
Dynamix closed in 2001.
Sierra is now also defunct. As per wikipedia, Sierra was shut down in 2008-2009.
Does this mean the image is fair game?
Does it mean I can copyright it myself?
