I need to buy a perfect skillet or saute pan. It need to be nonstick.
Also at least 2 to 3 inched deep and it can be used in a hot oven
 
What you want is cast iron. Cast iron cooks so beautifully, I would never make my schnitzel in anything else. I use plain, uncoated cast iron, but if you insist on nonstick, LeCreuset makes cast iron pans that are enameled on the outside, and non-stick on the inside. Be aware of two things, though:

1) They are quite expensive and,

2) The manufacturer does not recommend putting them in the dishwasher. (I can't put my plain cast iron in the dishwasher, either.)
