Need to draw a scene from a book, 10 points best answer.?

The book is Scorpia by Anthony Horowitz. I've had no time to read the book. I only was given about 2 days to read it and i only got about 1 chapter read. So obviously i don't really know anything about the book but i will find out, but can someone please tell me what to draw and how i would draw it? Answers are greatly appreciated.
 
I paint Abstracts for fun so I can give you some ideas if it were me painting.
I would use the scene where Yassen is about to die and tells Alex to go to Venice to find Scorpia and you will find your destiny.
I would paint a blurry canvas using purple, blues, whites, with tones of gray to make building outlines yellow to accent windows and street lights. That's all I have for the moment. Hope it helps.
