Need to decide quick AD-46 or AD-41???

Ok, So I bought the N93, no audio jack adaptor, will have to buy one.
I also have Shure E4C.

So I'm deciding between the Nokia AD-46 (no controls):


Or the ad-41/hs20 (with audio controls), but will remove those ear phones and plug my ownin:

1)What would you get and why?
2)do those audio controls on the ad-41 work with N93?

I have the ad-41.

Buttons don't work on my N90, but its not a big deal.

i have the ad-41 on my n80..and they worked perfectly on the n80, n73 , e50 and e61

Perfectly? LOL The AD-41 is not fully compatible with the N80, it can't start/resume the Music Player when the keypad is locked on the phone.

I thought so too, It seems I will get the AD-41.
TO THE ad-41 owners:
1)Is the volume high?
2)And is the cable long? (not counting the earphones, only the audio adapter part)
3)So aside from the keypad lock, the music control work when playing background right with recent phones like N93,N80?

1. Volume is about -5% compared to the simple converter in the phone package
2. Just... but I'm 6'3" ...and the mic must be *really* close to your neck to be usable...
3. With my N80 the remote can't start or restart the music player in the background (or when the keypad is locked)
