The chances of getting the Exact piston in there is probably not going to happen but I'm willing to bet that I could just throw in anther 125cc 2 stroke piston? Will any do as long as it fits? The old piston got damaged badly and won't do, anyone know of where I would be able to get one that would fit/work? Do I need to know the bore of the cylinder? If I need that, how do I get it/ how would I get that information? I know the cylinder is stalk 100% but I will need to hone out a few flaws in the cylinder so will that change anything about the piston size? If you can't answer something without more info please just ask for it and I'll try my best. Thankyou for any input.

theres a couple of sizes to get, bore size, gudgen pin size, rough crown height.....but yes its possible to fit another piston...obviously you'll have to take into consideration the transfer port size and location, and reshaping of the skits is simple enough as it opening the ports...any half desent bike shop should have a good selection of pistons,if not they may give you there contacts number...ive done it a couple of times in the past.

the engine was of italian manufacture i believe they were gilera as well as the Aermacchi two strokes
later they bought bombadier which used the sachs and rotax two strokes
so look at those too
