Need tips on exercising.?

im 15 and about 2 years ago I was on the computer surfing the net found a online game, and its really addictive and ever since then i haven't really exersised and when i run or work alot i get exaughsted easy, im not fat im 50 kilos, im just very unfit i use to be really fit... but this addiction has made me very unfit. can you please give me some exercising tips on how to get my stamina back up is walking 1 hour a day go? I can't do running around the yard, because ill get exausghted easy. Just need tips for simple exersising
