need technical info on a kawasaki vulcan 2000. any websites that can help?

have a high pitched squeal coming from the top end under acceleration. It seems to be when there is strain on the engine. You can rev the bike up stopped in neutral and you will not hear it. If you let the bike idle while coasting you don't get it either. bike has loads of power and no hesitation at all? need help! Thanks
