Need something thin, spkr phone & style for verizon

Looking for a new phone for verizon wireless network.

I want something thin, so it doesnt buldge out in your jean pocket. Something like the RAZR is nice, but overplayed. I was looking at the SLVR but that doesnt look like its available in the US nor verizon yet.

Must have speaker phone

The chochlate does not have speaker phone..

what are some other options?
