Need some tips on my lifestyle..?

Ok, ill be honest. I live a lazy liefstyle, im 15 and have late nights and end up waking up at round midday, and still end up being tired, until I take a shower and wake up. I eat more junkfood than neccesary, but have a reletively slim figure. And as a result dont have much energy to do things.

Bascially I need tips on how to get a good nights sleep, and i want to set myself to wake up at 9.30/10.00am on an out of school morning.

And set myself to wake up happily at 7am on a school morning

What times would this invole going to bed, doesnt the body need 8 hours of sleep a day or something?

I think that would be a good start to change my lifestyle. Ive also heard that eating fruit/vegetables can aid in a more energetic lifestyle, yet also help on sleep because of the vitamins (would daily vitamin tablets work aswell?. Is this true?
