y mothers friend is moving away and selling/giving away everything she owns.
she(her husbands project truck) has an 84(i think), ford f150 extended cab longbed, rebuilt engine and transmission, good tires, interior looks alright, body needs paintjob but its ok.. for only $500(this is a really good deal, right?). i've started it up and got it running but the carb is messed up(have to open it manually for it to breath) and the throttle sticks(related to carb problem?)
so my question is where should i take it to get it fixed? is there anything i need to have checked out that might be an issue? how much roughly will it cost to fix the carb?
