I didn't install the stereo the previous owners did. I'm not top not at electrical work. But it was a piss poor job.

A red wire fell from behind my dash and my radio stopped working.
It looks like it came from a connection with an inline fuse. (there is no wire connected to it almost definitely came from right there)
When I touch the wires my speakers make noise(sub bumps rear speakers whine)
The inline fuse Isn't blown. None of the fuses are blown. Is it possible My whole radio shorted?
Is there potentially a hidden inline fuse?
Any help is appreciated.
