Need some information on my yellow belled turtle ?

I got the turtle at X-mas, She was previously owned !!
This is my first turtle, she is 5 years old.
I have a UV lamp, a water heater and a filter.

Some Questions If anyone can help.
1. How long are turtles allowed to stay out of the water for ?
2. When should you feed your turtle ??
3.How long should I leave the UV lamp on for ???
4.What if her appetite has decreased in the last 4 days ??
