Need some ideas on how to market and advertise my business?

Hello, I have a wellness coaching business and I am having trouble with advertising. I do have a twitter and a myspace and a website (but its not very good and I need to have one professionally made) I have a wordpress.com blog but I need clients. However I don't know how to advertise locally or nationally. I would love to hear your ideas. thank you
